The "Last Synced Date" function is designed to sync data from your ERP and Beanworks from a specific date.
Benefits:
Faster sync time
Faster identification of sync errors
More control of your syncing
Rather than waiting for the SyncTool to transfer all data between your ERP and Beanworks, setting a last synced date will only pull over information that has been modified or updated from that set date. This means if you created or updated new list items and wish for them to be synced into Beanworks, it can be done in a much quicker time frame.
Sync Tool Users
For sync tool users, the "Last Synced Date" function is available in the Integrations tab. This date is automatically set to the date of your last successful sync by default but can also be changed to a date of your choice.
If you are missing data that was created on a certain date, you can change the last synced date to match when the record was created in your ERP and the SyncTool will pull over any missing data from that date and import it into Beanworks.
Smart Sync Users:
The last synced date will show up as "Sync From Date". This serves the same purpose as the "Last Synced Date" shown on the sync tool.
