As new vendors are added or existing vendors are updated in Jonas, we highly recommend importing the updated vendor list into Beanworks.

IMPORTING VENDOR UPDATES INTO BEANWORKS FROM JONAS

Follow the steps below in Jonas to accomplish this.

After pressing PRINT, click on 'Smart Viewer' option

This process will open the vendor as a TEXT FILE:

Press File > Save As > Save File as a Text Document (.txt) file. Save your file in the S:\Jonas\Beanworks folder:
