As new GL Accounts are added or existing accounts are updated in Jonas, we highly recommend importing the updated GL list into Beanworks.
IMPORTING GENERAL LEDGER ACCOUNT UPDATES INTO BEANWORKS FROM JONAS
Follow the steps below in Jonas to accomplish this.
After pressing PRINT, click on 'Smart Viewer' option
Please save the file in the 'Beanworks' folder:
