Mobile App - Unable to fetch invoices

Cause: When attempting to load your invoices in your mobile app, you may receive an error that the mobile app is unable to load invoices due to weak signal in its connectivity.

Resolution: Please navigate to an area with stronger Wi-Fi/ data reception to allow our app to load those invoices. After obtaining stronger connectivity in your mobile, please re-login to the app to view your invoices.
