Why are some fields greyed out?

While in the details view of the payment, some fields may be grayed out because you are not the owner of the payment and you cannot make changes to the fields. In order to make any changes to a payment, you need to be the owner.
 
 To Take Ownership of the Invoice
 
 1. Click on the Owner field and change the user to your own.
