This article relates to the Quadient AP NextGen UI, which is being released to our customers on a rolling basis. To learn more about the NextGen UI, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.

Reports can be generated within all tabs of the Purchase Order module. Users with access to the Purchase Order can create reports, regardless of their role.

Creating reports in the Purchase Order module

Two types of reports can be created in the Purchase Order module: CSV reports or PDF reports. CSV reports provide you with a spreadsheet of data, and PDF reports provide a detailed description of each transaction.

In any tab of the Purchase Order module, select the purchase orders you want to report on and click Report. You can quickly report on all filtered purchase orders using the Filtered option.

PDF reports provide a summary of the transactions and a copy of the purchase order image by default. You have the option to include some additional information such as line item details, approval history, and any backup images on the purchase order.

CSV reports generate a data file of your purchase orders, allowing for easy data formatting in software like Excel or Google Sheets. CSV reports include all header and line item information, and can not be configured to include any additional information or images.

Generating a report or clicking History under the Reports menu will open the Report History window. Here you can see all previously generated reports, and download additional copies of them.
