How do I download a copy of my purchase order? NextGen

This article relates to the Quadient AP NextGen UI, which is being released to our customers on a rolling basis. To learn more about the NextGen UI, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.

PDF copies of purchase order images can be downloaded at any time from the Purchase Order module. Please note that purchase orders in Purchase Requisition, Pending Approval, Reset, or Rejected status will say 'Purchase Requisition - Pending Approval' as opposed to 'Purchase Order'

Download a copy of a purchase order

Open the details view of the purchase order. On the image pane, click the download icon to initiate the download.  

If you have a pop-up blocker on your browser, a dialogue box will appear where you can download the PDF.
