Modified on Tue, 11 Jun at 8:45 AM

This guide covers all newly-developed functionality for Quadient AP since the previous entry in this series. These features have been implemented according to our planned development and in reaction to feedback from our customers. Further release notes can be found on the Quadient University.

New Functionality in the Document Inbox

Pagination Controls for Multiple Invoices

You can now click through multiple invoices when assigning them to yourself from the Document Inbox. This makes it easier to code multiple invoices at once. To do this:

  1. Select multiple invoices to the Document Inbox and assign them to yourself.
  2. In the transaction view, click the arrow keys to move between invoices.

New Functionality in the Invoices and Purchase Orders Modules

Global Search Field in the Transaction View

The global search box is now available in the transaction view. To use this:

  1. Click Search to open the search box.
  2. Enter your search query.
  3. Press <Enter> or click the magnifying glass to search.

The search results are visible in the All tab.

Tabbing Improvements

There are tabbing improvements in the Line Items table. Press <Tab> at the end of a line to add a new line to the transaction.

If a line item field is activated, pressing <Tab> will create a new line with active fields. This saves time when coding large transactions.

Line Level Columns in Transaction Views

Line level columns are now available in the Transaction view. This allows you to see and filter by line items such as Class, G/L Account or Warehouse. To do this:

  1. Click the columns icon.
  2. Select the line items you want to see.
  3. Click Set Columns.

View Multiple Line Items In Columns

In addition to line level columns, you can now see multiple line items coded to an invoice or purchase order in the transaction view.

Hover over the number beside a list item to see the other items coded on the transaction.

New Functionality in the Document Inbox

Hub Log In Support for Mobile App

The Accounts Payable by Beanworks mobile app now supports logging in via the Quadient Hub. In the app, click Sign in with Quadient Hub to log in.

Note that  Quadient Hub users must complete the first-time user steps before using the mobile app.
