CASTING VOTES

Our new feedback portal allows you to see all the feature requests we have received, whether submitted by yourself or other customers.

To increase visibility of an idea you may find that you also wish to see added to the platform, you can add your "Vote" to it. Doing so will let enable our Product team to more accurately assess which are the most popular feature requests, and enable them to steer their development in the future.

To add your vote to an idea which you would like to see added to the platform, press the thumbs up button anywhere you are viewing an idea:

Adding your vote to an idea will also subscribe you to it, and you will receive email notifications as it's updated. To not receive these notifications on an idea, click the "Subscribed" button to unsubscribe from the idea.

NEGATIVE VOTING

If you see a feature request that you don't think should be added to the platform, you are able to select the "Zzz" voting button on the idea:

Doing so will hide it from your dashboard and view in the future. Please also add a comment to explain why you don't think we should investigate adding this idea to the platform.
