Reports can be created for each part of the workflow in the PO module (excluding Create)
 To run a PO report

  • Open the details view of the PO module.

  • Select the PO's you would like to create a report of (if applicable) by checking the box next to Status.

  • Select 'Report'

  • If you are creating a report for the selected PO's, then choose 'Selected'. If you are creating a report for all PO's showing in the details view, choose 'Filtered'.
    Making custom reports becomes easy using the filters and reporting on what you see in your screen.

  • Choose 'CSV' or 'PDF'. CSV will give you all the data in a format easy to manipulate and PDF will give you a preformated report.
