Users can set up an email alias, which forwards email notifications to another email address or multiple email addresses. System administrators can also set up email forwarding for other users. When enabled, email notifications will only be sent to the email address(es) in the Email Aliases field.
Set up email aliases
System Administrators
Navigate to Settings - User Management. Select the user, and click on the pencil icon. In the pop-up window, enter the forwarding email address in the Email Aliases field, and click save.
Individual Users
Navigate to Settings - My Profile, and click on the pencil icon. In the pop-up window, enter the forwarding email address in the Email Aliases field, and click save.
