Saving Filters - NextGen

This article relates to the Quadient AP NextGen UI, which is being released to our customers on a rolling basis. To learn more about the NextGen UI, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.


As part of the Advanced Filters & Column Configuration enhancements, it is now possible to save filters.


Save a filter

Once you configure the filter, click Save as new to save it for future use and name the filter. All saved filters will appear under the Saved Filters view. 

Update or revet a filter

Select the filter from the Custom Filter dropdown, adjust the filter’s criteria and select Update. If you change the filter criteria but wish to revert to previously saved criteria, you can select Revert. Please note that you can not Revert a filter after the update is saved.

Save as a new filter

Save a fresh copy of a modified filter by selecting Save as New from the action menu.


Delete a filter

Select the filter you wish to delete from the dropdown and click Delete from the action menu. Please note that you can not recover a deleted filter.
