What Languages and Currencies does Quadient AP support? - NextGen

This article relates to the Quadient AP NextGen UI, which is being released to our customers on a rolling basis. To learn more about the NextGen UI, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.


Quadient AP's NextGen interface includes the option to specify your preferred currency and operational language. Additionally, each user can modify their own language and locale preferences. 


The default currency and Operational Language are unique to each Legal Entity, meaning you can set a different currency or language for your Legal Entities as needed. The following currencies and operational language options are available: 


Currencies

The currency for all Legal Entities is set to USD by default. Click here to learn how to change your default currency.

  • USD ($)
  • CAD (CA$)
  • Euro (€)
  • GBP (£)

Operational Language 

 The Operational Language set will be the language used on Purchase Order images in the PO tab.

  • English (US)
  • English (CA)
  • English (UK)
  • Français (France)
  • Français (CA)


System Administrators can set the default currency and Operational Language under the Legal Entities tab of Settings. A detailed guide on how to change your default currency can be found here.


Language and Locale

Each user has the ability to change their default language and locale. This will change the interface language, number format, and date format. In the My Profile section of Settings, users can go to the Preferences tab to change their language and locale. After clicking Save, you must log out and back into Beanworks or refresh your page to see the changes take effect.
