Quadient is excited to expand its Hub access to QAP users, alongside a new sign-on experience. Access to the Quadient Hub is being released to users on a rolling basis. You will be notified when it is your time to move to the Hub. If you're not using the Hub, check out our video on how to log into Quadient AP here.

How to Log In using the Quadient Hub Login Portal
This guide is for users who have already logged in for the first time via the Quadient Hub Login Portal. If you are a first-time user, please check out our guide here.
On the QAP login page, click the Sign in with Quadient Hub button. Please note that you will receive an error if you use the username and password fields on this page.

On the Quadient Hub log-in window, enter your email address in the Username field and click Continue.

In the next window, enter your password and click Continue.
You will be redirected to QAP once after successfully logging in. Please note the following security features with the Quadient Hub:
- Passwords expire after 180 days. When this happens, you will be prompted to update your password during the login process.
- Users are deactivated after 60 days of inactivity. To re-activate a user, please reach out to the Hub support team using the Quadient Support Contact Form here.
