How to enable auto-fowarding for Quadient AP auto-capture emails

Quadient AP provides a generic auto-capture email address for all users. Each email address is tied to a user's account and allows them to send invoice images directly to Quadient AP. If your vendors send invoices to a specific email address, you can set up an auto-forwarding rule to forward these invoices to a Quadient AP auto-capture email. 

How to set up auto-forwarding in your email software

The auto-forwarding rule is set up in your email software, such as Outlook or Gmail. Your IT administrator or someone with administrative access to your email software can set this up for you.

Gmail auto-forwarding confirmation code

Gmail requires a confirmation code when creating a new auto-forwarding rule. When you enable auto-forwarding for your auto-capture email, please reach out to our Support team for the confirmation code.
