Quadient AP partners with Cambridge to provide same or different currency cross-border wire payments to your vendors. Cambridge support payments to most major currencies and countries, with the following currencies and countries having limited or no support.
Prohibited countries for Wire payments
The following countries are prohibited from receiving wire payments:
- Belarus
- Russia
- Crimea Region
- North Korea
Countries requiring additional approval
The following countries require additional approval from Cambridge Compliance before you can make wire payments to them:
- Afghanistan
- Burma (Myanmar)
- Central African Republic
- Democratic Republic of Congo
- Iraq
- Lebanon
- Libya
- Palestinian Territory
- Somalia
- South Sudan
- Sudan
- Ukraine
- Venezuela
- Yemen
- Zimbabwe
Currency limitations
Quadient AP is unable to process payments to the following currencies:
BRL - Brazil - Brazilian Real
COP - Colombia - Colombian Peso
GTQ - Guatemala – Guatemala Quetzal
INR - India - Indian Rupee
JPY - Japan - Yen
MXN - Mexico - Mexican Peso
XAF - Equatorial Guinea – CFA Franc BEAC
XAF - Republic of the Congo – CFA Franc BEAC
XAF - Cameroon - CFA Franc BEAC
XAF - Central African Republic - CFA Franc BEAC
XAF - Chad - CFA Franc BEAC
XAF - Gabon - CFA Franc BEAC
XOF - Burkina Faso - CFA Franc BCEAO
XOF - Cote d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast) - CFA Franc BCEAO
XOF - Benin - CFA Franc BCEAO
XOF - Guinea Bissau - CFA Franc BCEAO
XOF - Mali - CFA Franc BCEAO
XOF - Niger - CFA Franc BCEAO
XOF - Senegal - CFA Franc BCEAO

For these currencies, we recommend paying the vendor in your local currency (USD or CAD).
