When does a payment status change from Released (RL) to Paid (PD)?

Modified on Mon, 31 Jul, 2023 at 12:23 PM

Payments move to Released (RL) status the moment they are successfully released to a payment provider. When the payment moves to Paid (PD) status depends on the specific payment provider.

Paid (PD) status indicates that the payment is ready to be exported to your ERP. This status does not always indicate that the payment was processed by the vendor. For more information on payment processing/settlement times, check out our article here.  If you have questions about a specific payment provider, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
