Quadient AP's NextGen UI has the ability to auto-fill cells in the line items table. List items in each column can be pulled down to new lines or to replace existing lines.
How to drag line items between lines
Highlight the line item. Click on the green box in the bottom right corner and drag the box down to the lines below. Multiple columns can be selected at once to drag down.
