This guide covers all newly-developed functionality for Quadient AP since the previous entry in this series. These features have been implemented according to our planned development and in reaction to feedback from our customers. Further release notes can be found on the Quadient University.

Custom Display Name for Lists

You can now change the display name of a list in Beanworks. This is helpful if your business refers to a list by a different name than the Beanworks default. Contact the support team to change list display names.

Changing a list name only changes it for the selected legal entity. For example, the vendor list may be named Vendor in one legal entity and Supplier in another.

Note  If multiple legal entities have different list names, the first name alphabetically will be displayed in the tab view and on reports.
