List items can not be manually marked as active or inactive in Quadient AP. Unused list items must be marked as inactive in your ERP and then run a sync with Quadient AP. Follow the steps below to ensure this is done correctly.
How to deactivate list items in Quadient AP
Confirm the list items are marked as inactive in your ERP
Locate the list item in your ERP and ensure that it is marked as inactive. The screenshot below shows what an inactive vendor looks like in Sage 100. Contact your ERP Administrator if you need assistance marking a list item as inactive.
Run a sync with Quadient AP
In Quadient AP, run a sync through SmartSync to pull over the updated list information from your ERP. Check out our guide here for in-depth steps on running a sync.
Confirm the list items are marked as inactive in Quadient AP
Navigate to List Management and select the correct Legal Entity and List from the dropdown menus. Highlight the Inactive checkbox to show all inactivated items in the list. Inactive list items are in a lighter grey colour than active list items so you can easily see the difference.
How to deactivate deleted list items in Quadient AP
List items that are deleted from your ERP instead of marked as inactive will not sync over to Quadient AP. In this situation, please reach out to our Support Team for further assistance.

Confirm the list items are marked as active in your ERP
Locate the list item in your ERP and ensure that it is updated from inactive to active. Contact your ERP Administrator if you need assistance marking a list item as active.
