When running a sync or exporting invoices to QuickBooks Online, you may receive the error message 'AuthorizationFailure: --11014-You do not have access to use QuickBooks Online Plus statusCode:401'. This error occurs when there is a network outage with QuickBooks Online. or when the user session has terminated.
How to resolve this error message
The connection between Quadient AP and QuickBooks Online must be re-established. Typically, this error happens when the Administrator account used to initially connect Quadient AP and QuickBooks Online is no longer active or no longer has Administrator access.
In Quadient AP, navigate to Settings and click on the ERP Management menu. Select the Legal Entity, and under ERP Properties select Disconnect from QuickBooks Online.
Once disconnected, follow the steps in the QuickBooks Online Connection Guide here to reconnect QuickBooks Online and Quadient AP.
