To use this feature, you’ll generate a report the same way you currently do, but now when you select PDF or CSV, a View Reports dialog box will appear.
The green progress bar indicates the time remaining to successfully generate the report. As the report is being generated you can close the view reports window and use other parts of the system. Once the report is ready to download, you’ll receive a notification in the top right corner. Even if you miss the notification you can always go to View Reports to see the current status of the report.
To open the View Reports dialogue again, click on Report then View Reports.
This feature is available across all Beanworks modules and the reports listed in the view reports are your own reports. The reports you have generated will stay in the history section for 1 week, after that the report records are removed from your account.
