How to view Report History - NextGen

This article relates to the Quadient AP NextGen UI, which is being released to our customers on a rolling basis. To learn more about the NextGen UI, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.

Reports can be generated in all modules of Quadient AP. Report History allows you to obtain additional copies of all previously generated reports. The reports shown here are unique to the user who requested them, so you will only see reports you generated.  

View Report History

In any tab in Quadient AP, click on Reports, and select Report History. 

All of the reports you generated are displayed in the Report History menu. The report module, date, report format, and whether the report is available for download or still processing are all visible at a glance.
