System administrators can change other users' passwords. These password are single-use, and when the user logs in after this change, they will be prompted to update their password again for security.

How to change a user's password

Navigate to Settings - User Management. Select the user, and click on the key icon to the right. Enter your password, then enter the user's new single-use password. The password must meet the following criteria:

  • Be at least nine characters long
  • Include at least one uppercase character
  • Include at least one lowercase character
  • Include at least one number
  • Include at least one special character (e.g !,@,?)
