Can I see who approved the PO before me?

On the coding panel you’ll see the approval history of a PO, this will show you the previous approvers and any other approval history attached to the PO. For example if the PO was approved, reset, rejected or if an amendment was made by an approver it will be recorded in the approval history. Any comments made upon approval or rejection would also appear in this area.
