Advanced Filters & Column Configuration are features of the Quadient AP NextGen UI. The revamped set of filtering options and list view configurations provides easy and flexible access to the information you need at a glance. These features are available in the Invoices and Purchase Order modules.
General list view changes
There are several general changes to how the list view looks in the Invoice and Purchase Order modules.
Number of Transactions
The list view table is now responsive, meaning the number of transactions shown per page is dynamic and based on your screen resolution. You can navigate between pages using the controls in the bottom left corner of the screen. Additionally, you can skip forward or backwards to the first or last page.
Selection Retention
You can now highlight Invoices or Purchase Orders across multiple pages. The highlighted items remain selected every time you move to a new page.
Search changes
Now when searching in Quadient AP, you will have access to the new filters and column configurations. The search tab from the top menu is now the “All” tab. The All tab will show you all invoices in Quadient AP across all statuses.
