How to Search for Purchase Orders in Quadient AP - NextGen

This article relates to the Quadient AP NextGen UI, which is being released to our customers on a rolling basis. To learn more about the NextGen UI, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.

There are multiple ways to search for purchase orders in Quadient AP. The most common search methods are using the Global Search, the All tab, and using custom filters. 

Search for purchase orders using Global Search

The Global Search can be found in the top right corner of the Purchase Order module. Terms such as purchase order number, amount, and list items can be searched and will return results from all tabs. 

Search for purchase orders using the All tab.

Much like the Global Search, the search function in the All tab will search purchase orders in all statuses from all tabs. 

Search for purchase orders using Custom Filters
