How to search for invoices in Quadient AP - NextGen

This article relates to the Quadient AP NextGen UI, which is being released to our customers on a rolling basis. To learn more about the NextGen UI, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.

There are multiple ways to search for invoices in Quadient AP. The most common search methods are using the Global Search, the All tab, and using custom filters. 

Search for invoices using Global Search

The Global Search can be found in the top right corner of the Invoice module. Terms such as invoice number, PO number, and list items can be searched and will return results from all tabs. 

Search for invoices using the All tab.

Much like the Global Search, the search function in the All tab will search invoices in all statuses from all tabs. 

Search for invoices using Custom Filters

Advanced Filters & Column Configuration are features of the Quadient AP NextGen UI. The revamped set of filtering options and list view configurations provides easy and flexible access to the information you need at a glance.  You can learn more about the filter improvements in this feature here
