Can I get a notification when an invoice I created is approved? - NextGen

This article relates to the Quadient AP NextGen UI, which is being released to our customers on a rolling basis. To learn more about the NextGen UI, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.


Quadient AP provides a number of email notifications, including a notification for when a purchase order you created is fully approved. Click here to learn more about all the notifications provided by Quadient AP. 


Enable instant notifications for invoice approval. 

Navigate to Settings, and click My Profile. In the Notification tab, select 'Notify when an invoice I submitted is approved' and click save.
