How to Retrieve Deleted Invoices

Invoice Administrators and System Administrators can retrieve deleted invoices. To do this:

  1. Go to the Archived or All tab. 
  2. Click into the invoice details view. 
  3. Click Actions and select Reset Invoice. The invoice will return to the In Progress tab in Reset status.
