Sage 50 US Remote Data Access allows you to upload and share your Sage 50 company file remotely. When this feature is active, you will be unable to sync Quadient AP and Sage 50 US. Follow the steps below to pause Remote Data Access and sync with Quadient AP.
- Open Sage 50 US
- Under File, select Remote Data Access and click Pause Sharing
- Run a sync between Quadient AP and Sage 50 US
- Open Sage 50 US and confirm your invoices have synced successfully
- Under File, select Remote Data Access again and click Resume Sharing
At this point, you can return to multi-user mode in Sage 50 US. Once you resume sharing, all synced invoices will be available via Remote Data Access.
