Sage 50 US Sync Error: 'Access to 'X' is Pending!'

This error occurs when the connection between Sage 50 and SmartSync is interrupted during a sync. The connection must be re-established to allow invoices to sync with Sage 50.



Re-authorize the SyncTool with Sage 50 US


Log into Sage 50 US as Admin. Click Options, and select Global. In the Maintain Global Options menu, select General. Click Reset beside the 'Reset all one-time messages' option, and click OK. 


In Quadient AP, re-export the batch of invoices, and run another sync. Keep Sage 50 US open and the below pop-up window will appear. If the pop-up window does not appear shortly after running the sync, log out of Sage 50 US and log back in again as Admin. Select 'Always allow access' to grant SmartSync access to send and receive information from Sage 50 US. The sync will complete and the invoices will be visible in Sage 50 US.
