The Quadient AP by Beanworks mobile app is now available for iOS and Android. The mobile app is an extension of Quadient AP, allowing you to access invoice approval and expense creation on the go. Quadient AP's secure API allows data synchronization between the mobile and the cloud-based application.
How to Log Into the Mobile App
The mobile app uses Quadient Hub's authentication. You must complete the Hub's first-time user steps before logging in to the mobile app.
Enter your username. Your username will be saved for subsequent log-ins.
Enter your password in the Hub login screen.
'Unable to Connect' Error
You may receive the error 'Unable to connect. Please try again' when logging in. This happens when you click Next before entering your username. If you have entered your username, please ensure that your device is connected to WiFi or mobile data.
