Mobile App - How to Log In

The Quadient AP by Beanworks mobile app is now available for iOS and AndroidThe mobile app is an extension of Quadient AP, allowing you to access invoice approval and expense creation on the go. Quadient AP's secure API allows data synchronization between the mobile and the cloud-based application.

How to Log Into the Mobile App 

Choose either Sign In With Beanworks or Sign In With Quadient Hub depending on how you log into Quadient AP. 

Please Note: Quadient Hub users must complete the first-time user steps before using the mobile app.

In the next window, enter your username. Your username will be saved for subsequent log-ins.

Enter your password in the following screen to finish logging in. For Quadient Hub users, enter your password in the Hub login screen.

'Unable to Connect' Error 

You may receive the error 'Unable to connect. Please try again' when logging in. This happens when you click Next before entering your username. If you have entered your username, please ensure that your device is connected to WiFi or mobile data.
