How to Activate or Deactivate Expense Categories

Expense categories can be set as active or inactive as needed. To do this:

  1. Go to Settings - Expenses - Category Management.
  2. Select the legal entity.
  3. Click the toggle beside the category to set it as active or inactive.

Once deactivated, the category can not be coded to a receipt.
