How to Create New Expense Categories

The following categories are created automatically for the Expenses module:

  • Conferences

  • Equipment

  • Flights

  • Fuel

  • Hotel Rooms

  • Internet

  • Meals

  • Parking

  • Personal Development

  • Public Transport

  • Taxi

To create additional categories:

  1. Go to Settings - Expenses - Category Management.

  2. Select the legal entity.

  3. Click New Category to add a new row to the table.

  4. Enter the name of the new category.

  5. Press Enter to save the new category.
