The customer job coded to the invoice may be inactive or deleted in Quickbooks but not in Beanworks at the time when it was coded to the invoice. 


Reset the invoices in Beanworks and remove the offending customer job. If the customer job is inactive in QB, then please sync the customer job list so it's also inactive in Beanworks going forward.

If the customer job was deleted in QB please contact asking us to make it inactive.

We advise you to run a search for other invoices with this customer job which might be in IP, R, RE, PA, A status. If any are found please reset and amend these invoices too.
