System administrators can change other users' passwords. These password are single-use, and when the user logs in after this change, they will be prompted to update their password again for security.
How to change a user's password
Navigate to Settings - User Management. Select the user, and click on the key icon to the right. Enter your password, then enter the user's new single-use password. The password must meet the following criteria:
- Be at least nine characters long
- Include at least one uppercase character
- Include at least one lowercase character
- Include at least one number
- Include at least one special character (e.g !,@,?)
