For some ERP's, GL account numbers use complex structures with "-". Beanworks has a feature where: when entering the GL account number, the "-" will auto-fill so users can continue to the next number without entering the "-". Users will also be able to change any numbers in the sequence without typing the entire sequence from the beginning.
For example:
If the GL account number is 12-123-12, the user would only need to type 1212312 for it to show 12-123-12.
Once the feature has been turned on, users will need to check "Quick Code" in the account list drop-down.
