Why do I have to write a comment before rejecting a PO?

Modified on Thu, 23 Feb, 2023 at 12:42 PM

When you reject an PO in Beanworks, we will send that PO back to the original owner who coded and submitted the PO for approval so that they can correct it.

The reason we make you leave a comment is so that the original owner knows why you have rejected the PO and what they might need to amend before resubmitting it for approval again. Please make sure your comment is clear and concise, otherwise the original owner could make the same mistake upon resubmitting the PO for approval which will delay the PO processing time.
