Payment settlement times depend on the Payment Provider and the specific payment method. Read below to learn about the specific settlement times for each payment method. If you have questions about a specific payment provider, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.

REPAY settlement times

A detailed breakdown of REPAY settlement times can be found here REPAY's payment cut-off time is 1:30 pm PST/4:30 pm EST. 

Cheques

REPAY cheque payments are mailed to the vendor 4-5 business days after the payment is released.

ACH

REPAY ACH payments are transmitted to the vendor 3 business days after the payment is released. Depending on the vendor's bank, the payment may take an additional 1-2 business days to settle.

Virtual Credit Cards

REPAY VCC payments are sent to the vendor 4 business days after the payment is released. VCC payments can be processed immediately upon receipt.

Corpay (Formerly Nvoicepay) settlement times

Corpay's payment cut-off time is 2:00 pm PST/5:00 pm EST.

Cheques

Corpay cheques are mailed to the vendor 1 business day after the payment is released. 

ACH

Corpay ACH payments are transmitted to the vendor 2 business days after the payment is released. Depending on the vendor's bank, the payment may take an additional 1-2 business days to settle.

Virtual Credit Cards

Corpay VCC payments are sent to the vendor 1 business day after the payment is released. VCC payments can be processed immediately upon receipt.

Cambridge settlement times

Cambridge's settlement times shown below are within the payment authorization limit (PAL). Payments made above your PAL will take 4 business days. Contact your Customer Success Manager if you have any questions about your PAL. Cambridge's payment cut-off time is 12:00 pm PST/3:00 pm EST.

EFT

Cambridge EFT payments are transmitted to the vendor 1-2 business days after the payment is released. Depending on the vendor's bank, the payment may take an additional 1-2 business days to settle.

Wire

Cambridge Wire payments for major countries and currencies are transmitted 1-2 days after the payment is released. Depending on the vendor's bank, country, or currency, the payment may take an additional 1-2 business days to settle.

Versapay settlement times

Verspay's payment cut-off time is 12:00 pm PST/3:00 pm EST.

Email EFT

Versapay Email EFT payments are transmitted to the vendor 3-5 business days after the payment is released. Depending on the vendor's bank, the payment may take an additional 1-2 business days to settle.

Direct Deposit EFT

Verspay Direct Deposit EFT payments are transmitted to the vendor 3-4 business days after the payment is released. Depending on the vendor's bank, the payment may take an additional 1-2 business days to settle.

SmartPayables settlement times

SmartPayables cheques are mailed to the vendor within 1 business day of the payment release. SmartPayable's payment cut-off time is 7:00 am PST/10:00 am EST.
