Smartsync's Sync Schedule feature allows you to schedule sync times that are convenient for you. Scheduled syncs will run at the time you request, and do not require manual intervention to start the sync. Please note that any prerequisites for successful syncs are required for scheduled syncs.
How to enable Sync Schedule
Open the SmartSync menu, and select the Legal Entity from the dropdown menu. Ensure the following is true:
- The Legal Entity has at least one successful sync
- The most recent sync is a Partial Sync
Click on Create Schedule to open the scheduling menu. Here you can select the time for the sync, what day(s) the sync will run, and what timezone you are in.
Once saved, your scheduled syncs are visible under the Sync Schedule menu. Simply click on an existing scheduled sync to edit or remove it.
