How do I add backup pages to an invoice? - NextGen UI

This article relates to the Quadient AP NextGen UI, which is being released to our customers on a rolling basis. To learn more about the NextGen UI, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.

Please Note: There are ongoing updates to the Invoice and Purchase Order Header Details view. Your Header Details may look slightly different from what you see in the screenshots below.

The following guide is for the QuadientAP NextGen UI, which is gradually becoming available to our customers. QuadientAP NextGen UI includes an invoice image panel, which includes actions for adding additional images such as backup pages and editing images. 

How to add backup pages to an invoice

Navigate to the invoice and open the invoice view. Click the pencil icon to open the Edit Images view.

Click on the Add Images button to upload backup pages to the invoice. Additionally, drag and drop the images onto the grey area to upload them.

Once the images are uploaded click the Save button, or Submit for Approval if the invoice is ready to be approved.
