This article relates to the Quadient AP NextGen UI, which is being released to our customers on a rolling basis. To learn more about the NextGen UI, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
You can change your password at any time through the My Profile section in Settings. If you are unable to log in or forgot your password, please reach out to your System Administrator for a temporary password.
Changing your password
Navigate to Settings by clicking on your initial in the top-right corner, and select Settings.
In Settings, click My Profile and then click Change password.
Enter your current password for security verification, and then enter and confirm your new password. The new password must meet the system requirements to active the Change password button.
