Individual users can change their password through the My Profile tab in Settings. If you have lost or forgotten your password and can not log in to Quadient AP, please follow the steps in our guide here to reset your password. To change your password:
- Go to Settings | My Profile
- Click Change Password. This opens the Quadient Hub in a new browser tab.
- Click the icon In the bottom left corner to open the Settings menu, and click My Settings.

In My Settings, click Change Password under User Credentials. This will send a verification code to your email, to ensure it is a valid request. Enter the verification code and then update your password. Your new password must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of 12 characters
- At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
- At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
- At least one number (0-9)
