Quadient is excited to expand its Hub access to Quadient AP users. With this comes a new, revamped User Management experience. This feature is available on both Classic and NextGen versions of the Quadient AP UI.
For customers on our NextGen UI, you may see the new User Management view before you are migrated to Quadient Hub.
Access to the Quadient Hub is being released on a rolling basis. You will be notified by your Customer Success Manager when it is your time to move to the Hub. If you're not using the Hub, check out our articles on User Management here. To learn more about the Quadient Hub, check out our article here.
Individual users can change their password through the My Profile tab in Settings. System Administrators no longer have the ability to change a user's password. If you have lost or forgotten your password and can not log in to Quadient AP, please follow the steps in our guide here to reset your password.
The steps to create a new user differ depending on whether you're on the Quadient Hub or not. Both workflows are explained below.
How to change your password - Non Hub Users
In My Profile, click the Change Password button.
In the Change Password window, enter your current password followed by your new password.
Confirm the new password by entering it again, and click Change Password to save the change.
How to change your password - Quadient Hub Users
In My Profile, click the Change Password button. This opens the Quadient Hub.
In the Quadient Hub, click on the user icon in the bottom left corner to open the Settings menu, and click My Settings. To learn more about what you can do in the Quadient Hub, you can check out our article here.
In My Settings, click Change Password under User Credentials. This will send a verification code to your email, to ensure it is a valid request. Enter the verification code and then update your password. Your new password must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of 12 characters
- At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
- At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
- At least one number (0-9)
If you have any issues with the Quadient Hub login portal or changing your password, please use the Quadient Support Contact Form here. Please note that this process is not supported by the Quadient AP Support team at this time.
