Sometimes non-invoice images such as email signatures, social media icons etc. reach the Document Inbox. The Ignore this Document function allows you to remove the document from the inbox and prevent it from appearing in the future.
How to use the Ignore this Document feature
Highlight the non-invoice images and under the three dots in the top-right corner select Ignore. Up to 100 images can be ignored in one batch.
If you incorrectly mark a document as ignored, upload the document manually into Document Inbox. You can find the steps to do this and more information on Document Inbox here.
