How to retrieve a deleted purchase order - NextGen

Please Note: There are ongoing updates to the Invoice and Purchase Order Header Details view. Your Header Details may look slightly different from what you see in the screenshots below.


PO Administrators and System Administrators can retrieve deleted purchase orders.


Retrieve a deleted purchase order

Deleted purchase orders are stored in the Closed tab, and can also be viewed in the All tab. To retrieve a deleted purchase order, locate the purchase order and click into the details view. Under Actions, select Reset Purchase Order. The purchase order will return to the In Progress tab in Reset status.
