How can I change the owner of an invoice? - NextGen

This article relates to the Quadient AP NextGen UI, which is being released to our customers on a rolling basis. To learn more about the NextGen UI, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.


In Quadient AP, you can view other users' invoices, but you cannot make any changes to them until you are the invoice owner. The steps below will show you how to assign an invoice to yourself, or another user. 


Change the owner of an invoice

Click into the invoice details view. Click on the Owner dropdown menu to view all other users. Users are greyed out if the invoice can not be assigned to them. Select the correct user, and ensure to click Save to save any coding changes. 


If you are unable to code an invoice, it's likely that you are not the invoice owner. If you're unable to follow the steps above or do not see yourself in the Owner list, please reach out to your System Administrator for further assistance.
