Quadient is excited to expand its Hub access to Quadient AP users, alongside a new sign-on experience. Access to the Quadient Hub is being released to users on a rolling basis. You will be notified by your Customer Success Manager when it is your time to move to the Hub. If you're not using the Hub, check out our video on how to log into Quadient AP here.

Quadient AP's new sign-on experience
Once your company is granted access to the Quadient Hub, you will also sign on to Quadient AP through a new portal. Each user will receive an email from no-reply@quadienthub.com with a link and temporary password.
Click Activate Account to open the Quadient Hub login portal. Your Username is your company email.
Click Continue, and enter the temporary password provided in your welcome email.
On the next screen, you'll be required to change your temporary password to a new, updated one. Your new password must contain the following:
- At least 12 characters
- At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
- At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
- At least one number (0-9)
Once your password is reset successfully, you'll be prompted to log in to the Hub with your updated credentials.
Going forward, users can access Quadient AP using login.quadienthub.com. Should you attempt to log in via beanworks.ca/signin, you will be redirected to the correct login portal.
