Quadient is excited to expand its Hub access to Quadient AP users, alongside a new sign-on experience. Access to the Quadient Hub is being released to users on a rolling basis. You will be notified when it is your time to move to the Hub.
How to reset your password
If you need to reset your password or you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot Password? link under the Password field. If your email address is associated with a Quadient AP user account, you will receive an email with instructions to reset your password. The email includes a verification code that you must enter to change your password.
Your new password must meet the following criteria. The Password Strength bar at the bottom of the menu will indicate how strong your password is.
- Minimum of 12 characters
- At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
- At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
- At least one number (0-9)
Once your password is updated successfully, you can log into Quadient AP. If you have any issues with the Quadient Hub login portal or changing your password, please use the Quadient Support Contact Form here. Please note that this process is not supported by the Quadient AP Support team at this time.
