Quadient is excited to expand its Hub access to Quadient AP users. With this comes a new, revamped User Management experience. This feature is available on both Classic and NextGen versions of the Quadient AP UI.
For customers on our NextGen UI, you may see the new User Management view before you are migrated to Quadient Hub.
Access to the Quadient Hub is being released on a rolling basis. You will be notified by your Customer Success Manager when it is your time to move to the Hub. If you're not using the Hub, check out our articles on User Management here. To learn more about the Quadient Hub, check out our article here.
My Profile
The My Profile section of Quadient AP shows all information about your user profile configuration. Access to the My Profile tab differs depending on your role in Quadient AP. Individual users can view and edit their own profiles, while
System Administrators can view and edit both their own and all users' profiles.
Individual User
Profile Tab
Individual users can view their profiles and make some changes to their configuration. Under the Profile tab, users can edit the First Name, Last Name, and Language fields. Individual users or System Administrators can not edit email addresses once they are added to Quadient AP.
Permissions Tab
Individual users can view their Home Org Unit, any Accessible Org Units, and Roles under the Permissions tab. Individual users cannot edit these permissions and should reach out to a System Administrator if they need to make any changes. System Administrators viewing their own My Profile tab will be able to change their own permissions.
Absence Tab
The Absence feature allows users to set substitute approvers for times when they will be unable to approve invoices or purchase orders. You can learn more about this feature here.
Notifications Tab
In the Notifications tab, you can edit what notifications you receive from Quadient AP. You have access to edit notifications for the modules you use. For example, if you do not have access to the Purchase Order module, you will not be able to set notifications for it.
System Administrators
System Administrators can view other users' My Profile section using the Edit User function. You can learn more about the Edit User function here.
